Luke - 10 months

Luke is changing so quickly, I can hardly keep up with everything that he's doing now! A few things definitely haven't changed!

Luke is happy (almost) ALL THE TIME! It is a huge blessing! He loves to laugh and giggle at everyone! He is a big social laugher. If Ben and I laugh at something on TV, all of a sudden Luke is laughing on the other side of the room too! It's adorable! I can only hope that the rest of our children will have such a happy personality.

Some things that have changed:

Luke is VERY mobile! He's been crawling for awhile now. He is fast and recently he's started pulling himself up on anything. He's found a few favorite cupboards that are especially fun to open. And lately, it's been more fun to stand in the bath tub than anything else! Which is a little scary since it's pretty slippery. He's gotten a face full of water a few times while crawling around but he doesn't mind (too much!)





Most recently, he'll wake up from a nap and be unusually content but we can hear he's awake. We have found him twice, tearing his mobile apart. He'll take it off of it's hanger and pull the animals off! It's kind of difficult to put together so who knows how he's getting it apart!

(We had just gotten home from church and were in the process of changing clothes when I decided to take the pictures. Luke usually wears pants!)

We found the giraffe down here :)

Luke is slowly eating more solid foods, although he still doesn't have any teeth!

His last weight was almost 17lbs and we've been giving him a little extra formula lately to put some meat on his bones :)

And finally, Luke is starting to put names with faces. Anytime we ask him where mommy or daddy are, he looks straight at us! It's pretty fun!

To say the least, we are loving being Luke's parents! Watching him grow and develop is amazing! We're looking forward to his first birthday! (I've already started a little bit of planning :) )
